Zuri Springs is a prime industrial location on the Juja–Gatundu Road, close to the Thika Superhighway. The plots suit businesses setting up in an EPZ, whether owning the facility or on a long-term lease.

• Power: an 11kV KPLC bulk powerline with a 315kVA transformer at the precinct substation, making last-mile connections easier. Each plot owner applies to KPLC for their own connection.
