What is a Special Economic Zone (SEZ)?
An SEZ is an area where licensed businesses get tax and non-tax incentives. In Tatu City these include corporate tax of 10% for the first 10 years (15% for the next 10), zero-rated VAT, import duty exemption, 0% stamp duty and a one-stop shop that approves SEZ licences within 45 days.
Can I pay for a plot in instalments?
